UNION GAP, Wash.-- More problems for the City of Union Gap. Mayor Jim Lemon has been banned from all city facilities except the police department and Ahtanum Youth Park.
City Administrator Chris Jensen says Lemon was issued a no trespass notice Friday morning.
Jensen says it was a precautionary measure to protect all the parties involved. The notice stems from an incident between Lemon and another city employee on Thursday.
Jensen would not give any details about that incident, but did say there is an ongoing criminal investigation.
