In these classes we will work flexibility & basic strength training?as well as balance training. By increasing your strength and balance you can decrease the likelihood of falls. Falls are the most common cause of injury among the elderly. With practice you can improve your balance.
Remember... EXERCISE IS MEDICINE!!!
